y initial office visit is 1 1/2 hours and is $250. Return visits are 1 hour and are $100.
I am not able to bill insurance companies, but a superbill is given which has all the required information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. In California, certain Blue Cross policies provide you with a 25% discount from my office visit fees, and that is given at the time of service.
We understand that circumstances can and do occasionally arise that would make you unable to attend a scheduled appointment. To prevent 
any late cancellation charges our policy requires that you give us 24 hours notice of any cancellation, at which time, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. The office generally has a waiting list and we would like to offer that time to someone in need, and with adequate cancellation time that would be possible. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be asked to pay for the full fee of the missed appointment. We feel this is the fairest policy for all concerned, and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
